From time to time an item may temporarily sell out before our website updates it's availability. In this unlikely event, you will be notified via email immediately after placing your order.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
In most cases, items are shipped the same business day. If you have an item on your order that is not in stock, you will be notified via email.
Expidited Shipping (Inside U.S.A.) Next Day Air - 2nd Day Air - 3rd Day Air
All Fed Ex orders are shipped the same business day if the order is placed before 3:00 eastern time. All overnight orders are delivered the following business day. All express orders to Hawaii and Alaska will be sent 2nd day at the overnight rate or 3 Day at the 2nd Day rate.
International Shipping - The cheapest International Shipping option offered is "International Small" which can only be used for orders containing individual pins. Anything other than individual pins will be shipped International Economy or International Priority. Please use the shipping calculator in the shopping cart to view your shipping charges prior to checkout. International Shipping delivery time varies between 5 - 14 days depending on the receiving country location.
We're committed to your total satisfaction. If, for any reason, you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can get a full refund of the product price within sixty (60) business days of receipt of the item(s). To return an item you don’t even need to contact us first! Simply return the item via a trackable method to: Returns Dept - PO Box 407 Newtown, CT 06470 Be sure to either include your packing slip or write your order number on the outside of the package to ensure a prompt credit! To receive either a credit toward an exchange or a credit on your charge account, please note that all returns and exchanges must be in new, unused or unworn condition with it's original tags and packaging.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
