Returns Policy

We're committed to your total satisfaction. If, for any reason, you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can get a full refund of the product price within sixty (60) business days of receipt of the item(s). To return an item you don’t even need to contact us first! Simply return the item via a trackable method to: Returns Dept - PO Box 407 Newtown, CT 06470 Be sure to either include your packing slip or write your order number on the outside of the package to ensure a prompt credit! To receive either a credit toward an exchange or a credit on your charge account, please note that all returns and exchanges must be in new, unused or unworn condition with it's original tags and packaging.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Order Issues & Shipping Errors

At Classic Pins, we strive to ensure every order is packed accurately and arrives in perfect condition. If we made an error with your order, we'll make it right.

If you receive a damaged item, the wrong item, or your order is missing an item or contains an incorrect quantity, please contact us at customerservice@classicpins.com as soon as possible.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the item(s) received, including any damage or packing errors, when applicable

Once we review your request, we will correct the issue at no cost to you. Replacement items will be shipped free of charge.

If we accidentally sent you an incorrect item that needs to be returned, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label with instructions for returning the item.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase. Orders are processed quickly and are typically shipped the same business day or the following business day by 4:00 PM Eastern Time.

If you notice that you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at customerservice@classicpins.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we will update the shipping address before it leaves our facility.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. In this case, you will need to contact your local postal carrier to see if they can assist with redirecting or holding your package.

If a package is returned to Classic Pins because the shipping address was incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable, we cannot issue a refund or ship a replacement until the original package has been received back by us. Once the package is returned, we will work with you to arrange reshipment or discuss any available options.

To help avoid shipping delays or additional costs, please verify that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
