We have you covered with over 5,000 officially licensed items and our same day shipping program.  With the dawn of Same Day Shipping, handling times are a thing of the past.  Order before 3:00 ET and your order will leave our warehouse the same business day.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

In most cases, items are shipped the same business day.  If you have an item on your order that is not in stock, you will be notified via email.  

Shipping Options

USPS Ground Advantage - Our ground option is our cheapest form of shipping.  USPS Ground Advantage will arrive with your regular USPS mail and includes USPS Tracking which will be emailed to you immediately after your shipping label is created.  Orders ship from Connecticut and the shipping time for Ground Advantage takes 2-7 days depending the delivery destination zone.

Expidited Shipping - Our Epidited Shipping option is USPS Priority Mail.  It comes with tracking and will be delivered to you in 2-4 days depending on the delivery destination zone.

 

UPS (Inside U.S.A.) Next Day Air - 2nd Day Air - 3rd Day Select
All UPS orders are shipped the same business day if the order is placed before 3:00 eastern time. All overnight orders are delivered the following business day given they are placed on a business day. All express orders to Hawaii and Alaska will be sent 2nd day at the overnight rate or 3 Day at the 2nd Day rate.

International and Canada Shipping - The cheapest International Shipping option offered is "International Pins Only" and Canada w/ Tracking.  International orders are shipped either UPS or Global Priority.   Please use the shipping calculator in the shopping cart to view your shipping charges prior to checkout.  International Shipping delivery time varies between 5 - 21 days and sometimes longer depending on the receiving country location.  In some countries the buyer may responsible for paying any duties when the order arrives.  We guarantee shipments up until the point they enter the destination country.  

Shipping Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Please review your details carefully before submitting your order.

  • Lost or Misdelivered Packages: If an order is lost, misdelivered, or cannot be recovered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will not issue a refund or provide a free replacement. To receive the items, a new order must be placed at the customer’s expense.

  • Returned Packages: If a package is returned to our facility by the carrier due to an invalid address, insufficient information, or failure to collect, the customer must pay a reshipment fee of $5.95 before the order will be re-sent to an updated, verified address. If the customer chooses not to pay the reshipment fee, the order will be canceled, and a refund will be issued for the merchandise cost only (original shipping charges are strictly non-refundable).
